1）.投標人必須為具有獨立法人資格且有生產(chǎn)同類設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力的制造商。

2）.投標人必須具備當今世界先進、成熟、可靠的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)；擁有制造、安裝、調(diào)試、維護等方面的專門技術(shù)人才和精良的設(shè)備。

3）投標人具有至少1例ST4500型號礦用鋼絲繩芯輸送帶連續(xù)正常運行7年及以上的使用業(yè)績，并提交業(yè)績清單和業(yè)績證明材料，業(yè)績證明材料：合同復(fù)印件（首尾頁加蓋公章）或最終用戶的使用良好證明文件復(fù)印件加蓋公章。

1) The bidder must be equipped with independent legal qualification and production equipment manufacturers of similar production capacity

2) The bidder must be equipped with the world-class advanced, sophisticated and reliable production technology as well as the specialized technical personnel and excellent equipment of manufacture, installation, adjustment and maintenance.

3) The bidder should have at least the performance of 1 case ST4500 model for mine steel cord conveyor belt which has well-running for 7 consecutive years or more. Furthermore, the bidder should also submit the certificate of performance list and performance material including the copy of contract (with first page affixed with the official seal) or the final user's documents copy.
